Delivery Policy

A £4.00 bike delivery service is provided within a mile radius of the production kitchen. A £5.50 will be charged for deliveries within the following postcode areas (subject to a radius of three miles from the kitchen): SE11, SW1, SW3, SW4, SW8, SW9, SW11, W1. Should you wish to order food to be delivered outside of the above areas, an additional cost will apply. Please feel free to contact me at bonjour@marieetmarcelle.com should you have any questions. 

On the day, your order will be delivered between 11am-1.30pm. A specific delivery window will be confirmed in the morning. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the moment he/she reaches the delivery address and contact you. Any missed delivery will not be refunded. I would highly recommend that you leave a note at checkout for specific delivery instructions.
