Asparagus and peas salad with confit potatoes, radishes, croutons, goat curd and a lemon and hazelnut gremolata. Available with Prosciutto or Mushrooms.
Ingredients: Asparagus, Peas, Mix Salad Leaves, New Potatoes, Radishes, Lemon, Garlic, Thyme, Parsley, Wholemeal Seeded Bread Croutons (Wheat, Rye, Barley, Soya), Goat Curd (Milk), Hazelnuts (Tree Nuts), Olive Oil, Salt and Peppercorn. Prosciutto or Mushrooms. May contain traces of other Nuts and Peanuts.

Microwave: Remove the lid. Place the box in microwave and heat at medium temperature for 3-5 minutes.
Carefully remove from the microwave and ensure the food is warm enough before serving.
The meal should only be reheated once and consumed immediately once hot.
Please note that none of the portion pot or the lid can be placed in microwave or oven.
Keep refrigerated until consumption, at a temperature below 5℃.
