On Thursday 25th November our dear friends in Northern America will be celebrating Thanksgiving. Having lived in the US and visited family in Canada a number of time I thought this week I will lean towards a Holiday inspired meal. The result is a salmon fillet with a pecan crust and a mustard and maple syrup glaze. It is served with chard, mashed carrots and roasted potatoes.
Ingredients: Salmon, Potato, Swiss Chard, Carrots, Garlic, Parsley, Thyme, Lemon, Butter (Milk), Olive Oil, Pecan Nuts (Tree Nuts), Breadcrumbs (Wheat), Maple Syrup, Mustard, Salt and Peppercorn.
Allergy advice: for allergens, see ingredients in bold. Please note that some ingredients in bold (Pecan Nuts) may also contain other nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds.
Microwave: Remove the lid. Place the box in microwave and heat at medium temperature for 3-5 minutes.
Carefully remove from the microwave and ensure the food is warm enough before serving.
The meal should only be reheated once and consumed immediately once hot.
Please note that none of the portion pot or the lid can be placed in microwave or oven.
Keep refrigerated until consumption, at a temperature below 5℃.
Thursday 25th November.
Please add a comment at check out should you require a set of cutleries to be delivered with your meal (wooden cutleries).
