Galette des reines

It is this time of the year again !

Galette des reines is back on the menu. You can order an individual portion for yourself or a large galette to share with your family, friends or colleagues.

Galette is a traditional puff pastry dessert served in early January in France and shared with family and friends. I love it so much that I will have it on the menu for the entire month of January. 

This year we have extended our range of flavours. You can choose between: Frangipane (almond cream), Chocolate and Hazelnuts, Vanilla and Blueberries or Apple Compote 

Please note that the traditional ceramic "feve" is being replaced by a whole almond instead. Galette delivered in cake boxes.

Ingredients:

Butter (Milk), Eggs, Flour (Wheat), Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Vanilla, Milk, Almonds Powder (Nuts), Almonds, Salt.  May contain traces of Other Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame. 

Chocolate and Hazelnuts: contains above listed allergens as well as Soya

For allergens, see ingredients in bold. Please note that the food is prepared in a kitchen where all allergens are being handled. 

Heating Recommendations: 

This dessert can be warmed up before consumption. Recommended to warm up in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 160 degrees.  

Storage Recommendations: 

In the event you might have some left over (which I doubt you would), you can keep the galette in the fridge in an air tight container.  

Delivered within 72h of order, starting from the 6th January 2026. No deliveries on Sundays. Available for London deliveries only.
