Rhubarb tart is something my grandmother Marcelle would prepare in the spring season. I prepare this rhubarb and almond tart, served with vanilla whipped cream. A lovely way to finish your meal on a sweet note or save it for tea time !

Shortcrust Pastry (Wheat), Rhubarb, Sugar, Butter (Milk), Double Cream (Milk), Almond (Tree Nuts), Vanilla, Icing Sugar. May contain traces of Peanuts, Sesame and other Nuts.
